We are glad to celebrate church weddings throughout the year as a service of Christian worship. Our sanctuary in North Toronto, with its golden stained glass windows and magnificent pipe organ, offers a beautiful setting for your ceremony.
We welcome all couples, including same-gender and LGBTQ+ couples, and you do not need to be a member of St. Timothy’s Anglican Church to be married here. If you are planning a wedding in another location, our clergy may also be able to officiate there.
What We Offer
- Marriage preparation with our clergy before your wedding
- A ceremony led by our clergy, with the option to include Holy Communion
- Music by our music director, Edward Connell, with choir or soloists available. Listen to sample recordings
- A printed service leaflet for your guests
- A Unity Candle set, if you would like one in your ceremony
- Soward Hall for your reception, with room for up to 120 guests seated or 150 standing
Planning Your Wedding
Once you have a date in mind, please contact the office and fill out the Wedding Information Form below. We will need your original marriage licence, signed by both of you, one month before the wedding. Please also speak with us about flowers, decorations, and any photographers or videographers before confirming them with your vendors.
