Throughout the church year, St. Timothy’s in North Toronto gathers for special and seasonal church services. These services are open to everyone, whether you have been part of a church for years, are exploring faith, or are simply curious. If you are new to St. Timothy’s, we would be glad to welcome you.
The Feast of St. Francis: Blessing of Animals
Early October, Sunday 10:00 a.m.
Bring your pets, or a photo or leash, to our Sunday service. We celebrate the Eucharist and learn about caring for creation and the poor.
Thanksgiving Service
Thanksgiving Sunday, 10:00 a.m.
We celebrate the harvest and give thanks for the bounty of the earth.
The Feast of St. Luke: Healing Service
Mid-October, Sunday 10:00 a.m.
A service of prayer for healing, with the laying on of hands and anointing.
All Saints Service
Early November, Sunday 10:00 a.m.
This year: Sunday, November 1
Saints are Christians who, often against great odds, showed an extraordinary love for Christ. Join us as we celebrate St. Timothy and all the saints.
All Souls Service
Early November, Wednesday 11:30 a.m.
This year: Wednesday, November 4
A gentle service to remember those “whom we see no longer.” It takes the place of the usual weekday Eucharist.
Remembrance Sunday
November, Sunday 10:00 a.m.
This year: Sunday, November 8
We mark the Act of Remembrance within our service and pray for peace.
